How do you guys find the time to interview? Even from WFH, I'm at my desk pretty much 16 straight hours per day, barely any time to go to the bathroom much less take a 1 hour Zoom call or 4 hour case study.
I can only have so many doctors appointments or emergencies.... should I just be upfront with my associates and ask them to cover for me?
Lie and say I have a conflict with another deal?
Just curious about how people are dealing with this more complex recruiting schedule in COVID.
