First Superday
Invited to my first super day, how should I prepare for this? Killing it on the technicals, but what should I expect from this?

Keep behaviorals in mind, if not prioritize them. Don’t be afraid to go off script with storytelling as long as it’s concise/relevant. If you know your interviewers beforehand, know their role, group, and education.
I found superdays easy asf but I’m also a MM plebeian so don’t pay me any mind.
Easy isn’t the right word. I mean straightforward. You should feel stimulated during/after the superday because of the excitement and “difficulty” (that it’s the final hurdle)
Thank you, I appreciate this insight. This is for a top MM bank, I am happy either way!
Are you diverse? Seems very early. Good luck tho
Non diverse & non target. No idea why it’s early though it caught me off guard
what firm is this, didnt know companies were releasing superdays this early. is it HL, heard they were releasing first rounds already
Where are you Superdaying? Didnt know banks were superdaying this early
It's probably JPM but could be wrong
Jpm superday not until march

Would you mind sharing what that technical question was?
Want to really emphasise on not stressing yourself too much. On my Superday, we were 8 candidates with 3 being taken. The 5 who where eliminated were constantly reading some notes they had written, which I believe made them very stiff in the interviews. I mean if you are well prepared you won’t need that shit and believe me, interviewers will notice. Just be relaxed in your interview, get your technicals (e.g., 400 questions, Rosenbaum book, …), and don’t be afraid to tell them if you are unsure about something. Nothing worse than completely bullshitting. Prepare some good questions for the end (beyond pay, hours, etc. you should know that shit before). Try to position yourself as a chill and funny person to work with. I want to know whether I want to grab drinks with you after a stressful day as much as your technical knowledge. If you tick that box, interviewers might look over fumbling technical xyz, I mean most is learning on the job anyways.
Thank you for this, I’m extremely nervous already
Which firm’s superday you got? I also have one superday for one houston energy banking next week!
