First year with exit op lined up after bonus - should I stop caring?
I’m pretty miserable with this job and am getting tired of the bullshit/stress. I have an exit opportunity lined up after I get my bonus this summer. What should my mentality be at this point? Should I just taper off the amount of effort that I’m putting in? I’m just really burnt out and don’t see a point in continuing to be a try hard if I know I’m gonna leave soon.
Congrats on the new job! Don't know your whole situation but personally I'd keep going hard for a month or two still and then sure, would definitely slack off a bit. I'd still work hard and make sure my work product was good though, but would like to leave on a high note and avoid burning any bridges
What’s the new job?
