For current associates/analyst

How do you guys read resumes.

Does HR print out and give you a stack of qualified resumes? Or do you read them on your computer screen?

I am trying to decide between serif and san-serif font based on how people usually read them.

They were PDFed and emailed to us. Personally I read them on the screen because I read basically everything on the screen except when I print out stuff to edit it.

Use Times New Roman, its pretty standard and easy to read either way.

We usually receive them as PDFs and then go through them. I know some shops print them out as well though - really, it depends on the bank. Either way, they will usually be sorted by school and sent around to the review team for that particular school, etc, for review. Go with a standard, easy-to-read font whether on paper or online, and be done with it. Don't worry that much about such a little thing. Good luck.
