Hi guys,
Quick question. If you are trying to value a Cross Border acquisition where a US company is acquired by say an Indian company, do you need to make any adjustments to your WACC to account for forex risk? Also, when you look at precedents, how relevant is the location of the acquiring/target companies. Foreign exchange back in school was kind of a blurr..never really understood any of it...so any feedback is greatly appreciated.
