Fork in the Road and not sure what to do

Hello Fellow Monkeys,

I am currently and analyst at a Boutique that works in the lower middle market. The bank is kinda of a "Lifestyle Bank" aka Hours are 50-60 a week, also a generalist. I just interviewed at another shop that is perceived as a top shop in the city and I think is trying to climb the ranks to slowly become a EB and only focuses on one industry (Still semi lower middle market to middle market at this point).

Here is the kicker, I have only been at the Lifestyle bank for 3 weeks and have so far gotten along with everyone. The other bank has a strong staff with a lot of deal experience. Is it worth the jump?
