I heard they're expediting the process so.... I applied a day after it opened and received email to do Technical Assessment over zoom on Tuesday, then I took the test on Wednesday morning and heard back later in the afternoon to schedule first round interview

Is it worth it to start recruiting FT now? My return offer expires in less than two weeks and unsure if I can secure a FT offer by then. Also worried about my SA firm finding out.
Start recruiting now. Accept offer now. Reneg if you get a better offer
