FT offer rescinded.

Recieved return offer for FT after internship. Got withdrawn shortly after. No clear answer given as to why (but was told it had nothing to do with my work). Looking for advice on what to do next…

Would also like to know 1) how best to navigate this topic when recruiting for other jobs 2) same company diff role(?) 3) general career advice

Had you already signed the FT contract? Either way sounds like someone flagged you did something which was viewed as a red flag culture wise after the offers were decided.

I get a verbal offer + did the follow up forms and background stuff. Rescinded before I signed a written contract. I defo didn’t fail the background bc it was the same one I did to get the internship. I agree with what you said but also am not sure what could’ve been raised about me…
