Had an offer from them end of 2021. Clawbacks were the reason I have turned it down. Its just too much of a risk in an industry with brutal hours and cultures. Not sure if they would exercise this actually but I am sure no one from FTP can comment since they have to work 24/7.
Was it a clawback on just the signing/relocation or on something else?
