You could probably take half of these off the lists, and most are you need to be the best candidate, not just good enough. JPM stopped sponsoring this year, also Barclays doesnt sponsor.

I have multiple international friends going there for SA 19 (From target schools though - NYU & Wharton). They're going through group placement now and I really doubt they're lying...

I've circled back with some of my friends and wanted to give a confirmed list where I know for a fact that there is an international student going for SA 19. ALSO remember that many banks cut back on TN visas, but not necessarily H1-B.

Banks I personally know international students are going for SA 19 ->

  1. JPM NY
  2. Barclays Regional
  3. Moelis NY & Regional
  4. PJT NY
  5. Citi NY & Houston
  6. Allen & Co NY
  7. EVR NY
  8. Lazard Regional
  9. DB Regional
  10. MS Regional
  11. BAML NY & Regional

The reason why I'm stressing these points is because I really don't want international students to neglect networking with certain banks because "they don't sponsor". Network with every single EB/BB and kill your interviews. Let the banks tell you whether they will sponsor. The only two banks that really really really don't sponsor out of the big ones are Wells Fargo and UBS so ignore those two.

Now I'm pretty sure that banks have different policies for different schools.

JPM doesn't sponsor. Had a college colleague get through to the superday only for HR to find out she was international and rescind the offer.

Curious though on banks such as Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, RBC, etc.. who are primarily known for being more international rather than U.S. heavy. Maybe just a thought but wouldn't they be a little more lenient with their Visa?
