Getting in IB

Hello everyone, I am an italian student graduated last year at LUISS (Msc in Finance 103/110), , which is not as good as Bocconi, but it is considered the second top university in Italy. I am 25 years old and I am now in London doing a post graduation course in finance but with the only porpouse to get a job in IB. I did a lot of applications in the last 3 months but I just got an interview at Creditè Agricolè for a middle office position in forex trading. In the next days I have two other interviews at State Street and ICBC Standard bank for two summer interships. Moreover i got two job offers for the positions of insurance broker in London and revenue management in Madrid. I was thinking to accept the second one just to start working becouse I have no work expirience and no interships. I feel really lost becouse I don't know what to do next. I was thinking about a lot of things. 1) Doing FCA while working in revenue management in Madrid (Graduate Program) and networking

2) Doing a Master or MBA at HEC or Bocconi

3)Keep applying while working and start a MBA in a few years

I mean, I really don't know what's the best move in my situation. Can someone give me an advise? Breaking in IB it's my dream and I am prepared to work hard to reach it but I have some problems to figure out what to do.

Many thanks to whoever can asnwer.

I would try and delay graduation as much as possible and apply for internships after gaining a bit more experience. Definitely go to the interviews you have lined up and see what happens.

Regarding your plans: 1) I assume you mean CFA. I think it's useless for IB, especially in London/EMEA. 2) Definitely do a masters if you can't delay graduation and apply again. Don't do an MBA if you are straight out of school and have no experience working 3) I don't think you can apply as an experienced hire if you're working in a non-relevant job so not sure what to suggest about this one

EDIT: I would strongly suggest you change your username so you're not easily identifiable. Having name, surname and DOB is not very smart ;)
