Great idea, lean towards something memorable - either a nice object he wouldn't buy himself or an experience. For headphones - I like the Bose QC45 which are just at the top of your range. Maybe go do an experience he has always wanted to do, like tickets to an event/show/game

Driving experiences are pretty solid. Don’t know many guys who (even if they’re not car guys — I’m not myself) wouldn’t enjoy spending an afternoon racing a dream vehicle.

Nomad wireless charger. Have the black leather and it’s great. It does have a slight humming sound which I’ve read indicates a cheap charger, but I got it on sale for like $80 and use it every day.
I’m a big fan of Nomad’s leather products and believe they make great gifts. My AirPods Pro, AirPods (which I can’t find), and iPhone all have the black leather case. I love how they feel.

I value experiences much more than physical items. You know your guy best. Sports fan? Get his tickets for himself and his buddies for before work starts. Likes to travel? Plan something he will appreciate. Something you can do together is also good and you can cement some memories because soon he will be so busy you will never see him.

My boyfriend is also an incoming analyst. Some good gifts I got for him are gym related if he’s into that. A nice dinner and going to something is always fun too. (I took him to the natural history museum since he loves animals). I honestly think they appreciate an event/experience more since it is more memorable to them and u will have less time to do that in the coming months.
Gf got me a Mont Blanc card holder which I can just use as a wallet since I don’t hold cash. 250 bucks and one of my most prized possessions tbh.
