Is the Goldman Sachs Emerging Leaders Series a good program? Is it prestigious for a freshman in college? I know that they accept everyone for the Virtual Insights, is that the same for Emerging Leaders? Is this program selective?

People in class of 2026 who got into the program this year will get auto superdays next year in the spring for the opportunity of a 2025 junior summer internship. most of us will be signed to hfs, mfpe, or independent advisors by the date of the actual super but yeah
heard is selective super? I might be wrong but is it guaranteed super day for every participant?
no guaranteed SD but you do recruit for front office roles a month in advance of everyone in the general pool
