GS apps are open for FT recruiting, but given I've only started my summer internship last week and haven't really done much, would it make sense to wait until mid-late July to put in my app? Would def have a stronger resume by then.

FT recruiting, in my experience, was much more networking based than SA. When you apply doesn’t matter a ton, what matters is when you start networking, which should happen once you’re confident you’re getting a return / not getting a return (so you know how to position yourself)
Im bit curious that I heard GS full-time recruiting does not allow employees to refer the applicant in the system? Then how would networking help the process?
