GPA/Major/Internship/LeadershipExp
This question is targeted at people that have done hiring for i-banking.
Assuming that all of the candidates are from the same non target school, could you rank the importance of factors listed below for getting a SA interview?
GPA
Major (Finance vs Finance&Accounting, and other minors like foreign language)
Internship after freshman/sophomore year
Leadership experience/ extra-curricular activities
Assume non target school if that matters.

Ranking is pointless as everyone, including those who screen resumes, have a different ranking. Further, most candidates will have all of the above, especially from a non-target, so you should just go ahead and do all of it.
I do have all of it - just curious which matters more and which matters less. So I have a ~3.8 GPA finance/accounting, name brand Fortune 500 finance internships after freshman and sophomore year, and I'm involved in multiple exec board positions in clubs + other student gov't position. Would I be able to get an interview from most people if my resume gets in front of them?
I seriously don't understand why people ask this shit. How are people supposed to know based on a description like that if you will get hired. Work your ass off and it will happen.
You're at a non-target, so you need to network to get an interview. If you do network and people like you, you'll get one. Pretty straightforward.
As the person mentioned above me, your biggest hurdle is getting your resume in front of someone. You need to network from anywhere, but especially so from a non-target. The chances of your resume being plucked from their website is pretty close to zero.
Yea, you should probably have all those things.
GPA > 3.7, good work experience, relevant major, and connections as well if you are coming from non-target. Good chance you'll be dinged if you're missing any of those.
Network with the alumni who will be reading your resume, before they read your resume...
