Graduate Early for Off-Cycle Internships? Non-target

I'm a junior at a non-target. I have a corporate finance internship at a great company for the next summer.

I want to do IB but didn't get any internship offers. I'm spending my winter break learning financial modeling and finding people to network with. Our city doesn't have a lot of big investment banks and doesn't have a lot of IB internships either. I'm actively trying to find some part time internship.

I'm majoring in Finance and Information Systems and I would graduate in the June 2021 if I do both. If I don't do IS and just do Finance, I could graduate December 2020. I'm not looking for jobs in just the US but basically anywhere since I'm an international student and don't really care where I live. I saw a lot of places with off cycle internships. Is it worth it to drop Information Systems and look for off cycle internships? Or is it a good thing to have on my resume?
