Graduating one semester early, how should I look for academic year internships?

I have a FT offer to return to the IB I worked at this summer (EB in SF) but after I finish this semester I will have enough credits to graduate. I want to do an internship next semester before starting full time, anyone know what kind of opportunities are out there? Interested in moving to PE/HF after IB. I realize this is unusual but I’d appreciate any help, I also see a lot of Dartmouth kids doing internships doing the academic year but I guess that’s mostly due to their unique calendar

I also know that people will suggest traveling/relaxing. I plan on traveling but not extensively due to financial constraints and I go to a liberal arts college in the middle of nowhere so staying on campus for senior spring isn’t that appealing to me

“Very comprehensive session. We worked through a paper LBO and I got useful tips on how to build the debt schedule. Mentor's camera didn’t work because of a technical issue, but that didn’t affect the quality of the session at all, and I felt I advanced a lot. It was straight to the point: she moved from question to question without wasting any time, and finished with direct feedback. The follow-up note was clear and specific, with two priorities (IB vs PE and the LBO walk) and a plan for the next session. Honestly one of the best sessions I’ve had.”
