Group Culture v.s. Everything Else

hi, i'm an incoming intern at a BB with a generalist offer who has to choose a group placement. for people who've had experience in this area– do you guys think it's GENUINELY more important to like the people/culture you meet in a group, or should I weigh factors like deal flow higher? I know that most groups at my firm are good, but i'm curious how much my life would be different being in a group I like v.s. a top group on the street that i might not like as much. ideally I would find both
