I have a buddy in the SLC office and he said base was between 50-55k with a bonus range anywhere from 20-40k
Can I speak with your buddy or you anytime about the program? Not a networking attempt, I'm genuinely curious about the office and there's limited resources out there cause of how new the IBD group is.
I have heard that it is lower but the cost of living in Utah is dirt cheap (especially compared to NYC or SF). Every bank is going to take into that into account
