Controversial

Nope. Why would I want to give you an advantage of knowing the questions when I myself didn't know them? Jesus the people on this site make me sick. Like there's literally one user on the GS NY IBD thread that has posted 50 comments begging for the HV questions. I get that you're trying to get an advantage and if I could've found a sucker to give it to me, I would as well. Sadly, I am not that sucker.

Well yeah that's what made it hard. Low prep time plus packed questions equals no bueno.

Hey, on the hirevue, were you forced to go one question after the other, or could you complete a question, stop, and then move on. Please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks.

Bro wtf was that. I just did it and I feel like I definitely fucked up. Also there’s another another thread on this with a bunch of bs questions, either they shuffle all the Q’s and just decided to fuck me or everyone else is lying.

Yeah exactly lol. SD is basically HV on steroids because there's no prep time or retries. Crazy one dude is willing to give $300 per question.

Supers in my experience are a lot easier. It is so unnatural trying to articulate an answer without any live feedback.

Communication is a 2 way avenue.

I agree. These assholes saying that a hirevue is much easier than a superday are idiots.

Superdays are much more holistic, you’re able to drive the interview, make a connection with the interviewer, etc.

Hirevues are one and done. if you stutter or answer wrong, you’re most likely dinged.

Just sold a kid fake questions LOL. I told him it was talking about a deal and a time you overcame a challenge. Honestly, the real questions might be something like that anyway. Idk how people trust these threads, during undergrad I'd post fake ass questions for firms I was applying to
You are a sad man.

I’m pretty sure last year someone took a screenshot of a kids Venmo who was trying to buy/sell HV questions...And posted it on this site...just saying you all should be careful and do things the right way

Everyone is compaining about how difficult GS hirevues are but how is GS suppose to make cuts for super days when hundreds of students have their polished exaggerated story ready for "a time when you worked with a difficult teammate". GS offer rate is ~2% if you look at how many get offers and how many apply. Sorry if it's not what you want to hear but if you consider yourself within the top 2% of applicants then you need to knock down any question that comes your way because others will.

It's probably a lot lower than that. If you count every person who failed every single stage (including, I assume, killer questions) for every person who got an offer, I wouldn't be suprised if it were 200:1 to 500:1. I know the gap between 1/200 and 1/500 is big but they don't hire many people and it's an extremely popular bank and company among people who understand finance and people who don't. Remember that absolutely anyone can apply, not just the people you think will apply.

i'd sell them lol, probably not getting a super so whats the harm

yikes that was a rough hirevue I felt like for most questions I only used up like a min to answer the questions:/ I wonder what quality of answers they’re looking for to move on to superday... did anyone feel like they killed this hirevue lmaoo lmk

List of things that are stupid:

1) these HireVue questions

2) you for submitting a HireVue just two mintues before it's due
