Stronger more diversified group. M&A in house, great exits into UMM, and you have the opportunity to specialize later on (Tech M&A, Videogames, Software, etc). Gugg is excellent, don’t get me wrong, but it’s a more general and less specialized experience. Transaction sizes are relatively similar, Jeff leaning to higher transaction sizes From what I’ve seen.
