guidance on prep and industry for placement agents/pfg/pca

Hey guys, current junior whose interested in maybe going into PFG/placement agents/fundraising. had some decent chats w EBs and independents and would love to hear what the interview process for a summer/FT at PJT/LAZ/EVR and independents (Rede) looks like and what to expect when hitting the desk in terms of work etc. appreciate any insight, thanks.
