There's no interview, straight into the program. Their system said interview invitation but they also clarified:
"Congratulations! .........................
We will follow up with travel and hotel accommodations once you RSVP.
Note, though our system refers to events as "interviews," no interviewing will be included in the programming. The agenda and additional details will be provided prior to the event. "
