Help me choose a college: Fordham vs Colby vs UMiami

Rough outing in the college process (3.7 UW, 1530 SAT), but barring waitlists at T30s, I have my options down to Colby College, Fordham Gabelli, and UMiami Herbert. Although I would most likely look to transfer from all of these, if I stay at each college, which one would give me the best chance of breaking in to IB?

Notes for each

Colby: Have a roster spot on Football Team (Networking help?), see a solid correlation between being in the IB clubs and breaking in, was asked to apply to a new 4+1 Bachelors and Masters program with Uchicago (Booth MiF available), by far the most selective

Fordham: Half ride, strong career center, biggest NYC IB network, some OCR

UMiami: By far the funnest, not that academically challenging- easy to get high gpa, I hear good things about the Bermont/Carlin program
