Help Me Create the Best Path to IB

I am a freshman (class of 2029), diverse, male, at a non-target on the east coast. I currently have an accounting internship that I started in October, and I am going to do a LMM PE internship come spring (idk how much actual work I will be doing, seems like a lot of due diligence and CIM work).

I am looking to land a BB or EB SA 2028 internship (hopeful ik). What is the best path for me to follow to get there.

1: What internships/programs should I aim for (specifics will help).

2: When should I start practicing technicals

3: When should I network with bankers

4: anything else you can think of that will help me

Looking forward to what insights you guys have, thanks.
