As full-time offers for the Asian offices come out, I wanted to see what the the housing bonus (stipend) was like for this year. Also, if Hong Kong was the only office that the stipend was given out to, do analysts in Japan and Singapore also receive some sort of housing assistance?

Supplementary albeit reduced FT hiring is still in the process though.
Heard GS gave offers out last Monday and JPM gave them out this Monday
