How attractive are the people at your firm?
Objectively & primarily at the junior level. I’d say my team is a strong 5 collectively (men and women included, myself included lol)
Firmwide, probably 6. Definitely a drop in attractiveness when you look to the sweatier groups. Feels like the street has gotten a little less “attractive” over time.
Curious about you guys. Any examples going against above mentioned pattern (e.g sweaty group but full of 8s). No agenda here, just legitimately curious.

In a relatively sweaty group and say we average a 7 that's heavily skewed right. The ones that are hot are absolute smokes for some reason lol
