How do I use OCR???

I am currently attending a target school. I am told there is a lot of OCR for this school. I am a sophomore.

Everyone is always talking about super days, OCR, and such - I have no idea how I am supposed to take advantage of this. Am I supposed to be attending events? Is there some website I am supposed to be looking through?

I am at a complete loss, any help would be appreciated.

Reach out to some friends and/or career services.

Yes, it is helpful to attend events and network w alumni. This helps both with getting interviews but also will help you to develop a better understanding of the industry. Info sessions, coffee chats, etc. In the past OCR meant firms would come on campus, but these days it is mostly online. OCR will also entail school specific resume drops. There will be a school specific recruiting team of school alumni at many firms -- you want to be networking with these people.
