How do you manage your stress/anxiety?
Posting this here as I am curious to know how other analysts/associates/VP's deal with managing their stress and anxiety.
I know this is a tough job, but if there is anyone who has found good ways to deal with this - would be great if you can share.
I know the big ones are exercise, eating healthy, sleep (not really that possible), and of course if you want to take meds - what else do you guys do?

Set aside 10 mins a day to do some form of meditation (I use mindfulness). I’ve personally found it to be very helpful in dealing with stress and keeping myself level headed.
Everything mentioned about food and exercise is true. Might receive MS for this. But for me, what works best is to go out with friends Friday, get effed up and just have a blast. This is assuming you are pretty free the following day and can deal with the hangover.
This might change as I get older or get a girlfriend.
Praying & going to church. Also listening to calming/happy music.
Immediate help: certain prescription drugs Long-term: meditation
a joint a day keeps the panic attacks away
