How do you manage your stress/anxiety?

Posting this here as I am curious to know how other analysts/associates/VP's deal with managing their stress and anxiety.

I know this is a tough job, but if there is anyone who has found good ways to deal with this - would be great if you can share.

I know the big ones are exercise, eating healthy, sleep (not really that possible), and of course if you want to take meds - what else do you guys do?
