How reputable is Linkedin Learning's Financial Modeling Foundations course?

UVA provides us with LinkedIn Learning for free and I found this financial modeling course https://www.linkedin.com/learning/financial-model… taught by Michael McDonald. I was wondering if anyone has taken this course and could give their opinion on it.

Also, while on the topic of LinkedIn Learning, please let me know if there are any excel skill courses that you would recommend to someone that wants to do IB.

I started the course a few weeks ago and stopped maybe 10% of the way through when I noticed that he was double counting line-items on his BS and even when adjusting the formulas to account for this, his BS still didn't balance. I can't comment about the rest of the course for obvious reasons, but that was a huge red flag for me. I am just a student, so maybe someone with more experience can chime in. Wall Street Prep, Breaking Into Wall Street, Corporate Finance Institute, and Macabacus all have more than enough free resources that you can use to learn how to model. YouTube is another option you can check out. If you're willing to pay a bit, the book Investment Banking by Rosenbaum and Pearl is like $30 on Amazon and everyone on here will tell you it's a worthwhile investment.
