How To Break Into IB From Deal Advisory (TAS)?

I recently got an offer for a Deal Advisory rotation program in which from my understanding I'll be able to work in four different areas if I choose. I will be in FDD for six months and AAS for six automatically, but I also have the option to check out areas such as M&A, Strategy, and valuations etc. I initially really wanted to specialize in FDD as I find it very interesting. However, I would also like to break into IB and I was wondering if any of the other options would be a better starting point to break into IB than FDD? Thanks for your help!

Is it possible to get into an MM or BB as well or no? Also, did you come in as a 3rd-year analyst or did you have to start from year one? Lastly, do you think it's possible to enter as an associate if you stayed at Big 4 for four years or so?
