How to make America and the UK great again?

Edit: ignore the title, just how do we improve both countries??

Lets hear it.

Common themes

  • Nationalism: Both movements emphasize a return to a perceived past greatness and a focus on national interests.
  • Trade: A desire to renegotiate trade deals to benefit the home country.
  • Immigration: Both have proposals to tighten immigration policies.

2 Yr military service?

Why has this gotten monkey shit? Its a genuine question and im not taken the right/left side in the post? If the phrasing is annoying you just get over it, you know that both countries need to improve and have to much to offer to the world than to maintain the current standard.

1.Cut Israel out of american politics and taxpayer funds entirely (doing the entire world a favor leaving them defenseless)
2. Get more young people in office + add age cap
3. Stop deficit spending especially on nonproductive expenditures
4. Relax zoning laws and flood the market w housing to lower housing prices
5. (Imo) reintroduce the concept of shame and compromise back into society
6. (Hardest part) find a way to redistribute wealth back into the American people without direct government intervention

But this goes against the direct interest of the boomers in office who grew up wanting everything and wanting it now with no regard for the future.

UK is past its prime, it can still be a pleasant place to live but it’s not ever returning to pre-GFC status again.

Tends to happen when you sell out your domestic companies to America and grow a welfare state that basically demands cheap foreign labour.

In any case, get those birth rates up

what do you envision by "great again"? let me guess, historical romanticism that reflected only how the top 5% socio-economic classes? Because I am quite convinced you don't envision mine workers from Birmingham that worked 16 hours a day for 7 days a week during the Biritsh Empire

p.s. appreciate the fanbase
