How to make up 3.3 GPA

The title says it all. One more piece of advice would be the fact that I am a transfer student with a 4.0 GPA with a one-year education.
I transferred to target, Covid hit, tests were online, one of them went horribly, and ended up not being able to convert the course to P/F. I have one ER internship and one IB internship so far, with some leadership positions under my belt. Still, as I need to start prepare for recruiting for IB positions next year, my GPA puts me in a disadvantage against other candidates. Any advice as to how to make up my low GPA?
