How to Set Boundaries in IB?

I work at a BB, in a notoriously sweaty group. 90-110 hours is normal. I feel sick doing those hours. There is little to no downtime. Pretty stressed out at times. I don't have time to eat lunch usually. I feel color draining from my life. Already lost a relationship from this job, so I don't want to date either.

Associates + VPs constantly joke about depression. One of them mentioned the other day "I'm glad I'm just sad and I don't have depression. Well, I know I don't have depression because when I walk out of the office at 2am, I feel happy."

In any case, how can I set better boundaries without getting fired?
