How To Start Off Right From WFH

I am an incoming analyst about to hit the desk at a BB. I just wanted to get some advice, hopefully from some senior analysts or 1st yrs that have been on the desk for a while. What advice would you give to a 1st yr analyst about to start on the desk WFH? How can an analyst hit the ground running early and really stand out to their respective teams WFH/virtual? From other threads and just basic common sense, it is obvious that it is much harder to scale that steep learning curve as a 1st yr and standing out to your team when WFH. So was wondering what tips you guys can give on how to be a diligent analyst when starting on the desk WFH.
