Please who knows if technical questions are asked in HSBC job simulation (especially for IBD).

I did it last year and there were no technicals on it
Personally on the team , can tell you that it varies on which interviewer you get, but for the most part not that technical
I am referring to the online job simulation assessment test, not in-person interviews
Do you know when we can expect to hear back? Applied very early November and haven't heard anything so should I consider it a rejection?
Is this for an internship or full time? Either way I would not take it to mean rejection yet, as Nov/Dec tends to be slower months where people aren’t pushing recruitment too hard. I would wait until January, but if you have any contacts at the bank you could ask them what the next steps are. They can ask HR who would tell them if you passed or failed the assessment, and then if they want they can relay to you something like “I think you should continue recruiting at other banks” or “I spoke to HR and you’ll hear about next steps”. If you have a good contact they might be willing to tell you the truth.
I want your suggestion. As my uni is not a UK target school, because of which HR might filter it out even before it gets reviewed by a banker (correct me if I'm mistaken), do you think it is a good idea to move the work experience to the top and move education to a lower part of the CV in order to make my banking experience the first thing that is seen on the CV? Or is it safer to stick to the conventional format of listing the education first. This is the full CV
