HSBC SA 2023
How many people have gotten offers / superdays? How far along is HSBC in their recruiting timeline? I know historically, they've been pretty late compared to most banks

anyone get a superday?
yeah just got one for tomorrow
waiting
.
What were the technical questions like? I’m not an econ or business major so trying to prepare as best I can.
Got an offer last week. The technicals were pretty straightforward but not many were from the guide.
Did apps already open? I thought HSBC did fall recruiting. Is this div?
Apps opened sometime in April and the first superdays were conducted at the end of May. But last year recruiting was still going on in like December lol.
Edit: no, I'm not diversity and non-target and HR reached out for a superday although I did have someone in the firm pushing for me
Got a quick question, do you submit your application online first before the resume gets internally pushed? Or is the online application just a formality after your resume gets pushed.
Any word on s&t first rounds?
i only got an email saying I will hear further communication if I am selected for the superday.
I got that as well, fingers crossed
Got this too but haven’t heard anything since. Anyone hear anything back that got this email?
I Networked with a director, and received an interview by email from analyst who mentioned the name of the person I networked with. He also emphasized that I should formally apply online, so I'm not sure if this is an official interview or just a screening. In any case, he labeled the email as "Interview Request."
Got a quick question, do you submit your application online first before the resume gets internally pushed? Or is the online application just a formality after your resume gets pushed? Or is it something else? Thanks.
Does HSBC pay bonuses to analysts?
????????????????
Please stop digesting a lot of the literal poo people spew from their mouths on here about non american banks and non BBs. Yes HSBC pays bonuses to Analysts.
They paid 0 in 2020 to analysts
I work at HSBC, bonuses were low in 2020 but they weren’t 0
Just got a phone interview, I thought a superday was next
I’m in the same boat. I guess there is a first round before spd
How long after first round does it typically take to hear back?
Is there an assessment with HSBC?
