this is my third year in IB. I don’t have any college friends or high school friends where I work and I barely leave my apartment except to go to work. It feels very unsustainable. I’m lacking social interaction and was hoping people could suggest how they made friends? I don’t have a lot in common with my coworkers so don’t spend time outside of work

Do you have any other hobbies? Sports or music or something similar. I joined a tennis team and I also work out at an MMA gym where I've met some cool people. Or join a local youth group for a church if you're religious. Try dedicating an hour or 2/3 a week to something you're passionate about with others. If you're not passionate about any of these, then you may have to try something new and get out of your comfort zone. You got this.
