Sweat Group 2026 Discussion
What are some of the sweat groups right now? Think compared to threads few years ago, some group might have improved but also some groups turned into sweat group/shops right now
And also please separate sweat group / toxic groups. Think sweat is only about workload and hours but toxic is the combination of bad culture and hour. It'll be helpful if you guys also mention if it's only sweat or simply toxic.
Per my understanding, MS Menlo, GS IND and some middle markets (especially energy mm shops in Texas and Canada) are known to be bad. Can people elaborate more about other groups / firms?
