I hate my group

Currently an ANL1 at a big 5 group in Toronto. We have 2 associates who are completely useless and I can run circles around them on modelling / client management. One is a huge prick to analysts and the other is terrible at giving instructions. They were A2As and not sure how they got promoted. Should I quit? Idk if they plan on leaving in the foreseeable future and can see this being a constant power struggle with them
