I landed a Telefoninterview in IB and have no i dea of the topic - I need advice

Hey guys,

I went to a conference about consulting and investment banking, which can be considered a career fair aswell.

Because one of the IBs held a great speech I applied and landed a telefoninterview. I explicitly stated in the cover letter: "Without specific previous knowledge gained in IB, I am still certain that I can serve you as a valuable investment on my way to becoming a tech banker, while pushing diversity in your work force." ..Saying I have no previous knowledge.

So now I would appreciate some advice and help to get a solid basic knowledge of the topic. I nor have a deep background in (corporate) finance (I know basic concepts) neither business administration.

I have a few hours spare to the interview next week.. So good (short introduction) guides are appreciated.

With best regards!
