IB Outside the Large Financial Districts
Usually in this forum you read about IB on NY and maybe once every 10 discussions you read about IB on London. But what about the other smaller markets? Im wondering how is investment banking outside the main financial districts (NY, LDN, HK, SGP). I'm looking to know more on other markets such as in LatAm, Europe (Exc. LDN), Australia, NZ, South Africa, etc.
Is the pay still very high compared to other careers in those countries? Is there a difference on intensity and hours in these markets compared to NY for example? Or do they still follow the high intensity culture?
