Risk role at a large IB AM division

Is it generally worth it? It's a good role with good salary but back office is is back office. It's risk analysis role, and they'll be paying me to continue my CFA. I'm just not sure if it's worth it, especially that I'd be giving up on better ops. Is there any kind of internal mobility with these roles?

Analyst 1 in Consulting, pure crickets, that's where I come in. Any of these useful?
