IB Salaries in Australia?

What are the typical compensation levels for Analysts and Associates in Australia now? The past data here and online seem to be somewhat outdated. Woud appreciate any inputs people have!

Thanks for sharing. Can you also share the total comp range for A1 to AS1. Also quite curious about what happens to VP and above. Does it vary a lot and it sort of comes down to individual performance and negotiation skills?

Are first year analysts clearing 200k across BBs given the bases are so high now?

Depends on the bank. Some pay the same as A1 base, others pay lower than A1 base. Internships are so short anyway shouldn't bother you how much the intern pay is.

Who would've thought a bank called 'BJ' would have bonuses that suck...

A bit off topic but anyone familiar with BB A2A in Aus? Do you get promotion bonus like overseas?

From Whirlpool:

CS: 175k base, bonus varies but lower end ~30k
Jarden: 165k base, unsure about bonus
Maccap: 170k base, bonus varies
BofA: 160k base, bonus varies
Citi: 150k base, bonus varies
GS: 135k base, bonus varies
Jefferies: 125k base, bonus is much higher end (can be up to 100% of salary)
