What are the sizes of the incoming summer analyst classes at notable Bulge Brackets, Elite Boutiques, and Middle Market Investment Banks?

From what I heard in London: - PJT: ~ 8-10 (they're doing both M&A and RX) - Nomura: ~ 40 IBD and 40 S&T - Qatalyst: 1 (needs to be confirmed though)
That number seems way too high. Is this including ALL "IB" SA's? i.e. PubFin, DCM ECM, IB Risk, or only traditional IB
All the coverage groups, M&A, LevFin, Sponsors, DCM, ECM, and a group called Corporate Finance Advisory (I'm not sure what they do)

intern class last year was 30, but they took just over 40 for FT NYC M&A

GS ~ 16 MS ~ 10 JPM ~ 18 CS - used to be ~8-10 but not sure after their shakeup Barclays ~ 6 BAML ~ 6 Evr ~ 4 Laz ~ 4

Also, does GS include TMT and WRA? And same for MS.
JPM sadly dropped to 12 this year. Your numbers are pretty darn accurate for the banks I know - curious if you're already an FT analyst?

~50 SA for Piper I think which has gone up every year due to acquisitions such as that of Simmons.
Anyone know the numbers for HK IB? From HK and would like to back sometime, wanted to get a perspective on the size of the HK offices.
PJT is 8 in rssg (usually 5-6 harvard/wharton kids and 2-3 others) apparently MS is approximately 150 in NY IB (not including GCM)
Some of these #s are way way off...MS has no more than 80 for IB, and I think it’s more like 65-70.
Can confirm MS has around 80, and a lot of numbers on this thread are overstated.
GS has around a 100 for NY IBD
DB 50 S&T
CS, DB, UBS IBD are about ~50-65 as of last year for NYC
TPH, Jefferies are about 8 - 9 in Houston
JPM Tech SF class is going to be 11-12 for 2019 summer

Way too big. Even including satellite offices that seems too big. Like I said above, EVRs FT class was ballpark 40 this year for NYC m&a, then add ~10 for peripheral groups like rx, then ~20 for offices in Houston, Menlo park, Chicago, Toronto... Still short of 100
