Incentrum Group - NYC Merchant Bank
Wondering if anyone had insight on the firm. Have insane leadership and a very strong analyst class from a quick LinkedIn search. Don’t know much else and would appreciate any info!
Thanks!

Career Resources
Interviewed for them this cycle - turned down final round after another offer - but spoke a ton with some associates there. Fantastic firm and definitely growing. People seemed great but maybe a little fratty (who isn't). They are growing extremely fast and have a lot of potential. For me, they were so young (only 2-3 years out), and so I wasn't completely bought in terms of that growth story.
Bigger risk bigger reward I assume. Any of these micro boutiques land a whale means huge payday for entire team
Interviewed with them last year. They're a merchant bank, so good mix of IB and PE. Analysts spend half their time on each. Very good experience and I know of analysts who chose Incentrum over EBs/BBs. Similar to the likes of Dyal, M.Klein, etc when it comes to work experience and growth.
Bump - any more insight? Not much info online and would love to learn more.
Following
Any advice about how to best prep for an interview with them?
Received an offer - expect mix of technical and behavioral. Very, very small team. Fit focused.
Are the technicals more IB focused, PE focused or should I just prepare for both given they are a merchant bank?
Did you end up accepting? Also received an offer so just curious
Do they take interns?
Yes
is there like a formal application or is it through networking?
Has anyone heard back after 1st rounds last week?
