Informational Interview - Did it go well?
From a banker's perspective, what are the signs you give to a candidate that you like them/that the informational interview went well? I think it is easier to tell when an informational interview goes poorly, but how can you tell when one went well in the banker's opinion?
I usually give the candidate a secret handshake at the end of the interview to let them know it went well.
What do you mean a secret handshake?
You tickle their palm with your pinkie finger as you are shaking hands goodbye.
