ING vs Macquarie IB
Hi,
I am working at IB Lending (LBOs, financing, structured finance...) at ING as Analayst. Macquarie Capital (M&A) offered me a 6+6 off-cycle position with "possibilities to convert to Analyst" (you never know).
What should I do? I'd like to know your opinions in terms of contract and also regarding the bank
Depends on Location. Which city is it in?

Stay at ING, Macquarie is not worth the uncertainty of an internship if you already are an analyst at ING.
ING is a Tier 3 bank and don’t know what exit opportunities might have. Macquarie is more prestigous.
The salary would be the same in both positions
What do ING associates make for base pay?
