Intern: Could use some advice

Without going way to far into the reasons for why. I have had some serious health issues this past year after accepting my offer at an EB and after the first week of my internship its clear that my health isnt in a place where it would be a good idea for me to pursue this as a career path and even more so that it may not be good for me to continue to work this much even for the rest of the summer. So I wanted to know what you guys would do in my position. Should I just quit? Should I talk to HR about it? Thanks for the help.

HR is a good start but I'd talk to your doctor too. Your doctor would be your best guidance as long as you explain the situation.
