Internal lateral - how does it work and can I lateral up?
Title says it all - interviewing to lateral across divisions at the senior analyst / associate level. Curious to hear how it works? Can I negotiate a salary / title or is it take it / leave it, how does the transition work - is it Tuesday team A, Wednesday Team B?
